PRISM charges once. The fee covers one assessment and the resulting report. Because the report is generated from your specific responses and delivered immediately on completion, refunds are limited to circumstances where the assessment has not been meaningfully used.
A full refund is available if you request it within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet started the assessment.
Once you begin the assessment, the fee is non-refundable under standard conditions. Your first unconsidered response is your most accurate one — the instrument is designed around a single, uninterrupted sitting, and a started assessment is a used assessment.
To request a standard refund, contact us at refunds@prismindex.com within 24 hours of your purchase, using the email address associated with your registration.
If you lose your internet connection during the assessment and are unable to complete it, you are eligible for a full refund.
To request a connection loss refund:
Connection loss refunds are processed without requiring proof of technical failure. We take your account of events at face value.
For situations not covered above — including technical errors on PRISM’s side, partial completion due to circumstances beyond your control, or other exceptional cases — refund requests are reviewed individually.
To submit a case-by-case request, contact refunds@prismindex.com with a description of what occurred. PRISM will respond within 5 business days. PRISM does not guarantee refunds outside the conditions above, but will review every request in good faith.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. PRISM does not charge any fee for processing a refund.
