What this document covers

This policy explains what information PRISM collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have over it. PRISM is a psychometric assessment instrument. The information you provide is used to generate your diagnostic report and to make that report available to you on demand through your profile. Nothing else.

What we collect

Registration information
When you register before payment, we collect your name, email address, age, country of origin, and intended destination country. This information is used to personalise your report and to deliver it to you.

Assessment responses
Your answers to the sixty assessment questions are collected and used to generate your PRISM report. These responses are retained to allow you to access your report at any time through your profile.

Generated report
Your completed report — including your Clarity Score, pillar scores, canonical profiles, cross-pillar interaction patterns, action plan, and conversation guides — is stored and made available to you on demand after you log in to your profile.

Payment information
Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. PRISM does not store your card details. We retain a record of the transaction for administrative purposes.

Technical data
We collect standard technical data associated with your session — including device type, browser, and IP address — for security and service integrity purposes. This data is not linked to your assessment responses or report.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data to any third party.
  • We do not share your responses or report with any third party, including immigration consultants, governments, employers, or advertisers.
  • We do not use your responses to train any machine learning model.
  • We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
  • We do not share aggregate or anonymised data in any form that could reasonably identify you.

How your data is stored

Your assessment responses and generated report are stored securely and linked to your profile. Access requires authentication. PRISM applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

How long we retain your data

Your report and responses are retained for as long as your account remains active, to allow you to access them on demand. If you request deletion of your account, your data is deleted within 30 days of that request.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data PRISM holds about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Third-party services

PRISM uses third-party services for payment processing and hosting. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are selected on the basis of data handling standards consistent with this policy. PRISM does not permit these providers to use your data for their own purposes.

Changes to this policy

PRISM may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of your account after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
